Since 2005 eCommerce Merchants has been providing world-class education to online retailers. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your membership at any time by using the Contact Us button on the website or by calling 917-388-1698 and you will not be charged for monthly or annual dues again. To initiate your membership a validation email will be sent to you and you must click on the link to activate your membership.

We invite you to help make the Internet a safer and more friendly place to shop. The Membership Code of Conduct requires eCommerce Merchants and PeSA members to interact with other members in a professional and courteous manner - much like we hope you would treat your customers.

=== Chat Boards ====
- All members should have a fair and equal opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions.
- Posts should be in the spirit of devising and implementing ecommerce best-practices.
- Excessively negative or critical comments are discouraged, unless suggestions for improving or resolving the matter are offered.
- The following conduct is NOT permitted: personal attacks on fellow members, encouraging fellow members to disobey Membership policies, soliciting eCommerce Merchants  or PeSA members for goods or services without approval in writing from eCommerce Merchants  or PeSA, monopolizing a chat thread, and consistently rude or disruptive behavior.
- All posts are property of eCommerce Merchants and PeSA and may not be reproduced or circulated to non-members without the explicit, written consent of eCommerce Merchants  or PeSA.

- Members in good standing may publicize their membership in eCommerce Merchants or PeSA.
- Members in good standing may use approved eCommerce Merchants or PeSA logos and the eCommerce Merchants or PeSA name to promote their business.
- Members are NOT authorized agents of eCommerce Merchants or PeSA and are not permitted to speak on behalf of the organization.
- Members are NEVER authorized to state that membership in eCommerce Merchants or PeSA in any way validates, authenticates or insures their items for sale or business in general.
- The views expressed by members in any and all written or verbal correspondence are their own and NOT the views of eCommerce Merchants or PeSA. Disclaimers to this effect should be used whenever necessary, and especially if speaking to the press.

=== Members-Only Information ===
- eCommerce Merchants and PeSA are exclusive, membership-required organizations. As such, eCommerce Merchants and PeSA members should use their good judgment when discussing eCommerce Merchants or PeSA with non-members.
- Information or offers made available to members by eCommerce Merchants, PeSA or by Partners should NEVER be shared with non-members or posted for non-members to view.
- Most Partners require eCommerce Merchants or PeSA membership to access their exclusive offers. Loss of eCommerce Merchants or PeSA membership may result in the loss of Partner benefits.

Membership is a privilege. eCommerce Merchants and PeSA reserve the right to decline or revoke any membership for any reason and refund any pro-rated dues. Violation of the Membership Code of Conduct will result in suspension or termination of eCommerce Merchants and/or PeSA membership.
